Oh God, everyone!

It’s less than just a few hours until we head down to San Diego to start pumping everyone there up about our new AtomTV project “The House That Drips Blood on Alex!” Since we released the mega-frightening trailer for it, we’ve gotten a ton of nice people, press, and websites talking about it and we can’t wait to premiere it in front of everyone on Saturday night!

We have a lot of fun signings, giveaways, and meet & greet-type activities planned and finally our schedule is outlined below.

So if you want to come meet Studio 8 (the dudes behind Tommy Wiseau’s latest TV adventure) or even the man himself, Mr. Wiseau (along with Joey Greco and other cast members!), stop on by and say “what’s up” to us. We will have 1,000 interesting things to say to you if you do! We promise that, ok?

Come pick up FREE posters, special secret message postcards, and your very own Tommy Wiseau mask that you can bloody up with markers (we will provide them at the booth!). Then you can try to scare us and make us cry. Meet everyone, get things signed, take pictures with us, ask us to marry you, etc.

Our good friends at Geekscape.net have invited us to hang out and goof off with every single person who walks up to their booth. We’ll have more FREE promotional items and even lots of cool Studio 8 merchandise to sell (books, CDs, shirts) and neato giveaways to uh…give away.

We will screen the actual film in front of your eyeballs and then we’ll answer all appropriate and inappropriate questions about it! Who made this? How? Why? WTF? These are all sample questions. This will be a once-in-a-lifetime event.

People!

We are mega-excited to announce our first-ever official appearance at Comic-Con, which is going to happen Saturday, July 24, 2010, at 8:30 pm. What are we gonna be doing there? Oh, lots of things, like PREMIERING OUR NEW TOMMY WISEAU/COMEDY CENTRAL PROJECT IN FRONT OF A ROOM OF HUNDREDS OF LUCKY PEOPLE!

Uh huh, the cat’s out of the bag and we can also announce the title of our project – “The House That Drips Blood on Alex.” Who do you think Alex will be and what do you think will happen to him? You might be surprised.

Anyway, the project stars Tommy Wiseau of “The Room” fame, Joey Greco of “Cheaters” fame, Justine “iJustine” Ezarik, and a few other talented actors and Studio 8 people.

As we get closer to the big event, we’ll announce more details about our panel, prize giveaways, and special signings. We’ve got posters and trailers and pictures and all sorts of tease-inducing stuff to dump on you in the coming weeks. In celebration of our upcoming Comedy Central/Tommy Wiseau project (and because we haven’t had new shirts in a loooong time), we are proud to finally present the first of many new merch designs – the I Pig Studio 8 shirts!

Our sweet friend Chase Maclaskey designed us this awesome graphic that incorporates a newer, simpler version of our octopig logo into a catchy catchphrase that almost anyone would like to say. We slapped this onto some soft, comfy t-shirts (one designed for boys and one for girls) and as of today, you can order as many as you want and wear almost as many as you want.

*NOTE* These shirts will be sold at our Comic-Con Panel/booth signings in July 2010! More news coming soon on this!
