In the early days of Studio8.net, we liked to post what we thought were hilarious hand-drawn comics on a regular basis. And when I say hand-drawn, I mean hastily scribbled out using a mouse and MS-Paint. Often times, we would just start drawing things without worrying about there being a “punchline” or “funny part” to the “comic.” I’ve included a few of our classic pieces below. I’ll let them speak for themselves. But not before I call them subtle and brilliant and priceless. You can’t say anything bad about them.
So now that you’ve read my introductory post for this new review feature, let’s get down to the nitty-gritty meats and potato of this month’s review of Billoon45′s “Month in Review”. Below is Billoon’s video for April 2009, and below that I will offer my professional analysis, opinions, and unique insights regarding all the various inane, retarded revelations pouring out of Billoon45′s crusted mouth.
Since I’ve recently taken a sacred and eternal vow to Celebrate the Unremarkable things in the world whenever I can, I’m starting up a new special treat tradition here on Studio8.net – I’m going to review all the lame, retarded things that I love to waste all of my time on!
The first of these will be a monthly feature in which I review a YouTube blogger named Billoon45‘s “Month in Review” vlogs. For those of you may not be familiar with Billoon45′s work, he’s a chronically unemployed school janitor/balloon fetishist who is semi-famous for making the below video in which he honestly attempts to fit his entire body into a large balloon, gets stuck inside of it, his pants fall off, and he has to wiggle his large, blobular self out of the balloon before he asphyxiates. Keep in mind as you watch this that not only did he almost kill himself by trying to do something incredibly stupid, HE THEN UPLOADED THE VIDEO OF HIM ALMOST KILLING HIMSELF BY TRYING TO DO SOMETHING INCREDIBLY STUPID ONTO THE INTERNET: Read the rest of this entry »
A couple of “board kids” with a video camera and less than 2 minutes of free time on their hands filmed a dramatic reenactment of one of our episodes of “Mr. White’s List of Demands” and slapped it up on YouTube. They did it a few months ago, but we just found it, and immediately wanted to share.
