phrase that he used

uttered during both the consumption of alcohol and the frequent offering of

HEY GUY! - the ultimate greeting, to say hello to a friend.

YOUR MOM CALLED..... - yet another way of disguising a request as
a command, members may say this at the beginning of a requested favor seeking to
deceive the victim into believing his/her mother issued the command herself.

keeping the "your mom called..." maneuver in check. By replying to "your mom
called..." with this, you are no longer obliged to perform the requested task.

SLAM DUNK- the act of slamming an object into another's drinking
glass. a popular game among Studio 8 members (and others) while taking in dinner

BOOYAH - a quick shout of this word uttered immediately after
being slam dunked penalizes the dunker. The punishment? No slam dunking for five
days.
TOUCHE' - uttered as a recognition to another member for a retort
to a previous statement that deserves praise, or was just a damn good

CHOTCH - an alternative to the phrase DONK. it means the same

....A GO-GO - this is tacked on to the end of a phrase to increase the humor or
to imply a large magnitude. (Matty B)
SHAFTED AGAIN - this statement is a response to a joke or call
made at your expense. (Doogie or Matty B??)
FOR REAL - this term means "yes" or "i believe you".
Also it is
used to agree with a previous statement. (Matty B)
DOT COM SLASH ORG etc. - these interesting terms are used to
verbally submit punctuation at the end of a bad joke. Also they may be used when

THAT SHIT IS NASTY.....BUT GOOD - first coined in the FILMS .45
production TECH VEST, this term is used to refer to anything that is

THHPPPPGGGHHHTTTT - started as a closure for thoughts. often
placed at the end of a statement to signify it’s end. This is done by sticking
out the tongue with the lips closed around it and blowing. (C-Trew)
WHOOPS! - this phrase was implemented as an apology for the
previous statement and as a sort of amusing addition to the previous statement.

SWIZZEL - a new way to say, swipe an LSU card for entry to a
building or purchase of food. (Charlie Hustle)
SCORE - this phrase took the place of the word yes. It used to
signify appreciation or excitement over the topic at hand. Also a replacement
for "cool."
MATTY B IN THE HIZZEL - a phrase born in the early stages of the
STUDIO 8 ALL-STARS’ uprising, it signified the arrival of MATTY B in the dorm.
it later became a signal of his arrival at any location.
CHRIS PUT YOUR PANTS BACK ON - this term was most likely started
in the CEO’s Covington days, however it is a commonly uttered expression by all
members. used to get the CEO to put his damn pants back on, it is arguably one
of the most important phrases.
BALLS IN MY HAND - to have one’s balls in one’s hand you must
reach into your pants and underwear (for those of us who wear it) and cup the
testicles in the hand. "Balls in my hand" later became the first single Studio 8
shot into the music industry. (Toughman)
G-SPOT - this phrase implies the best parking spot in the
horseshoe. Now refers to the best parking spot in any given parking lot. (AdamBomb/Toughman)
YA DONK (or- donkey) - a colorful term for calling someone an
idiot or a moron. (Charlie Hustle)
ZOINKS - Borrowed from the cartoon SCOOBY DOO, it was welcomed
warmly do to the mere fact that Will's appearance closely resembles that of the
show’s own SHAGGY, also his choice of timing and usage helped. (Will Blake)
HARDCORE - an expression begun to denote approval by Ttoughman and
Adambomb. it meant something was “tough” or deserved recognition for being a
difficult task to accomplish, hence tough. (Toughman/AdamBomb)
TOUGH - defined by Toughman and Toughman alone.
INDUBITABLY- a term for asserting that the previous statement was
correct, or that you support the previous statement/idea/action. (Matty B)
INDEED - a commonly uttered phrase meaning you are in compliance
or agreement with the previous statement/idea/action. (Matty B)
THE CALL - a form of dictation but for use by any member of
STUDIO 8. Any member may make a call and it must be respected and responded to.
However, a call may be vetoed only by obtaining three uncalls. (Matt Callac/Will

SOLID GOLD - this phrase signifies appreciation for the topic at
hand. (Matty B)
OOMSTA - this utterance renders the brain unable to say no to the
question at hand. The oomsta is similar to the call but different in the fact
that if resisted then you don’t need any reversal, you have the option to deny.

YOINK - borrowed from the SIMPSONS this term allows a member to
take possession of another members property without regard.
FUNHOUSE MIRROR - nickname given to any girl who’s description is
as follows: her face is wider than her head. (Josh Maier)
DONE AND DONE - used as a response to a favor or statement to
which you comply or sarcastically comply. (Matty B)
SHENANIGANS - this word was implemented as a sort of checks and
balances for STUDIO 8. it is employed when one member wishes to expose another
members false statements or actions. a member must declare shenanigans, calling
or any other procedure will render the system null and void. (Matt Callac)
SMASH IT UP - due to the preoccupation of C-Trew, Toughman,
PT, and Matty B with Nintendo's Super Smash Brothers, this phrase became the
habitual announcement to members that the game was being played.
SUCKER - this word is said to someone after they are duped or make
a mistake. (Matty B)
DAMN - this word is usually accompanied with a bent arm fist
shake with head tilt. it is ordinarily said after being called a sucker or
getting duped and is frequently followed by the term wait a minute. (Matty B)
WAIT A MINUTE - this phrase signifies to others that you have
noticed that you were duped and possibly knowingly/willingly allowed yourself to
be duped and therefore may not be subjected to the agreement. this phrase does
not cancel calls. (Will Blake)
REDONCULOUS - borrowed from Theo von Kurnatowski as a substitute for the word
'ridiculous' mocking his witticisms.
